 Post subject: Underused stuff - machine guns/ballista

Machine gun (AM), Heavy machine gun (RU) and multi-missile ballista are all as far as I know underused weapons.
Without any rules, their value is in early scouting, killing an engineer or two or destroying some crates. They are sometimes built for that, more often players use the crates and time for more guns. Arabian can also use ballista for early rush where ballista doesn't matter as much as the vehicle itself which delivers soldier with mines.

My idea of making them more useful is increasing their sight range from 9 to 14-16 (radar has in default 20, plus it sees through obstacles).

Of course, there is nothing inherently wrong with current state of machine guns. There is a use for them on big maps for denying crates and they are not a noob trap. They deliver what would you expect - cheap and weak anti-infantry weapon.
