Fix for v1.9

Small fix for the latest version.

ATTENTION! This installer doesn't have an interface so you cannot change the install's destination. You need to have correctly installed OW.

When I have downloaded and I click on fix icon and nothing happens.

Kiedy już ściągnąłem i klikam na ikonę fixa nic się nie dzieje.

Yeah, same to me. Process was only for a second, and then nothing happend. How we get sure that fix has been installed?

You should use NSIS instalator

This is a NSIS installer without interface. I found no reason to add interface for three small files. You can be sure about if it's installed or not by checking the ver - it should be 1.9.1
