now i fixed my pc, we can make the mod. but we'll need recruitment for voice actors, and tech's .I will return to this post later to update everthing were doing and looking for.

I can pronounce written text.
make it myself, I hardly can.
but perfectly know Russian language.
You can voice dialogues Russian and write subtitles in English.
