If you find a modding limit of Original War please post it in this thread.

Current ones i have found:

Can't Add/Remove Tehnologys
Can't Give Technologys to Another side or take it away
Can't Add new human units (even if they use duplicate GM files from another unit)
Can't Add new sides.
Can't change the menu (the units menu)

The ones i have listed have a low priority right now since they would need ALOT of work to remove the hard coding. I have currently been using the idea that if i fix the smaller things and add features to things which don't take very large amounts of time to do then more can be acheved in the time it takes to do them. Rather than spending 4 months(i don't know how long it would take, 4 months is just an example) just to add the possibility of say new sides and thats it.

EDIT:
Limits which won't take months to 'fix' will be attempted. This is basicaly to work out how moddable Original War is and identify places which can be fixed now or later.

Maybe I'm not right, but there's a SAIL command:

Code:
SetTech(side,tech,state)

I used it to remove technologies in game mode (set technology state to "state_unabled").

And mission is 3rd or 11th. But you don't make tanks for Powell, but for 1) Kurin, 2) Yashin

We were talking about command "SetSide"

PS: state_disabled --> not unabled

Add/Remove technologies
Means that you CAN'T add your own technologies to the game.

Do you have the source code of OW or are you Disassembling OW to added hard coded things?
