If are u looking for txt's from missions, u find it in data1.owp.
You must extract it.
After that open:

\campaigns\%SIDE%\
(where %SIDE% is Am, Ar or Ru)

and this txt's are called: Txt01.wri, Txt"xx".wri ect. (where "xx" is number of mission)

//edit

else if are u looking *.wav files with dialog it is in
disc2\data5.owp
but Pak View don't extract *.wav files.

If r u making new mission, first u must do texts.txt in mission dir.
From this file editor read txt, ect.
When u end mission u must copy this file to \campaigns\%SIDE%\ and rename for Txt"xx"; 'cos game read txt from this files, and u can delete texts.txt from mission dir.

Btw. u can do txt's for some language's and
english version must be in:
\campaigns\%SIDE%\

other's version in folder's :
I.E. for polish version must be in:
\campaigns\%SIDE%\#POL\
czech version in:
\campaigns\%SIDE%\#CZE\ ect.
