Hi,i have a problem adding textures..i know is stupid but i don't know what is that "template galery" (step2) i mean what am i supposed to do?

Textures in OW is just a picture that is "painted" over the default editor textures. It's called a GBI. You have to create that picture yourself and usually people use textures from the original maps as their base. Step 2 just refers to you having the needed original textures at hand so you are ready to start painting.

ok i got it :)
now i have another problem im at step 9 now.. i know it sounds stupid but i don't know how to move the template textures into my map ( im using gimp)

This is really not my specialty but the basic concept is that you export the default texture from the editor, paint it over with proper texture, create a GBI based on that and add that GBI to your map. The guide is perhaps a little confusing. Step 9 sounds like the "paint with proper texture part" - which btw is the tough part.

Phh dunno if there is a video tutorial. Found this thread discussing GBI's.
You can try just to start in the small. Follow the guide here and when you have to "modify the ground bitmap" just make a few random strokes with a brush and go on. Just to see things happens.

I find a video tutorial but i think is in polish.
I will try to understand what is he doing:) i have to download Photoshop first and then ill do exactly like he does.
