As a preface, I'd just like to point out how surprised I am after all these years to still see a community (even if small) alive for such a tremendously old game. The fact how people can still cling on to old games even after decades is astonishing. That aside, I'll jump to my main point.
Recently a few buddies of mine in our teamspeak 3 gaming community were looking for a new RTS to play and I curiously searched steam to surprisingly discover Original War on Steam for 1 USD. However, once we bought and played multiplayer, we were disappointing at how dreadfully slow the multiplayer was, especially when you're trying to play the game with 4+ people at a time.
I read another post here earlier about increasing game speed, and read that changing the speed isn't possible due to hard coding in the game. My question is, is there a way to recode everyone's multiplayer speed to very fast? In all honesty, we'd find the game much more enjoyable if the game isn't as slow as it is and would rejoice if a solution was available.
If i am correct the host should be able to change the game speed using the + and - keys. Though the faster the speed is the more likely you will have issues (Since the higher the speed the better the connection you need to each other since more data will be sent).
