 Joystick support.
Hi,

I've got a saitek Cyborg V.1 joystick, however, I can't seem to adjust the sensitivity of the joystick movement... no matter how much I try. It either doesn't move at all, or, it's oversensitive (when I use the profiler software to map the X Y axis as mouse movement).

Any suggestions on how to solve this?

Thanks

You could try modifying new.cfg's jSensitivity value(Sensitivity may also do something). I don't have a joystick so i can't test to see if they have any effect(Code wise they should do something).

I'm not exactly a coder... I'm exactly the opposite... So the idea of starting to mess with config files just kind of makes me a bit aprehensive...

I'ts strange since the game itself has a joystick sensitivity option but it does exactly squat...

The whole idea of playing a game like this with mouse and keyboard is just silly...

Config files have nothing to do with coding. They are just default values for stuff. You just need to find jSensitivity and change its value to something else and see if it helps. new.cfg is just a text file.

Are you using the latest version? Does the Sensitivity option stay where you leave it?(As in does it reset its self when you restart the game)
